The one thread running through my work is 'Vulnerability'. 

 

My work is a personal expression of my own experiences with place, mental health and identity. I use the language of art to explore and reflect upon my own journey of vulnerability that's part of the human experience; such as health, immigration and interpersonal relationships.

My process is both methodical yet spontaneous - complex and abound by rules and parameters, yet free and awakening. Through critical thought, expression of the observed and the continuity of refinement, I have come to learn the necessity of allowing my inner-self the freedom of expression.
